All sales and membership fees are final. If you are purchasing strategies that require us to send you content, once a payment confirmation is received from PayPal, we will then send all content relative to the product purchased.
When you join, please know that you MUST subscribe to our service to receive ongoing service after 30 days. Timely subscriptions payment are required.
When you purchase a membership and receive your Welcome Kit, that is in fact your receipt – along with PayPal’s payment confirmation – of payment. We will ONLY send the Welcome Kit once it has been confirmed that you in fact paid for such services.
Membership terms are on a 30-90 day basis. You can cancel your membership at any time, but know that all membership fees are final. So to avoid charges, you MUST cancel your subscription before the payment is processed.
There are absolutely no refunds.
IMPORTANT Requirements To Become a Member
Before being connected to our Private Member’s Area to access our training material, each student will be sent a Training Authorization email. Each student will need to reply to the email, confirming that they authorized payment for joining trading training. If a student fails to reply to this email within 48 hours, they will not be connected, and all funds will be refunded immediately.
Accessing Our Private Member’s Area Videos
As a member, you will have access to the private Member’s Area videos. that is password protected. Our website security system is sophisticated and have IP address tracking and can detect if/when there are logins from random locations from around the world. If during your membership I come to the conclusion that you have given someone access to our Private Member’s Area, your membership will be immediately terminated. I have a 0% tolerance for this and will not stand to have my hard efforts to help people from all over compromised.
Site Functionality and Maintenance
The site will from time to time undergo changes or updates to assure that each student is able to access the site with ease. If there are major updates being done that may result in outages of the site, you will be notified ahead of time. If the site is not accessible for more than a days time, membership extensions will be granted of the amount of time not accessible.
Our Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your membership, it is required that students do so from within their PayPal account. It is not our responsibility to cancel memberships under any circumstance. To avoid automated payments from processing, it is advised that all students cancel their membership prior to payments being processed through PayPal’s payment system. Emails sent requesting the cancellation of your membership will not suffice, as we are not responsible for canceling memberships.
If any student fail to make their monthly subscription payment on time, or if their automated payment fail to process successfully, they will be removed immediately.
If you decide to return within 30 days after you leave, you will be able to return but not before remitting payment of your current membership monthly fee. If you choose to return after your 30th day of you leaving, the membership full enrollment fee (or the current enrollment price at that time) would be required.
